We aim to have your items shipped as fast as possible. Orders will be processed for shipping within 48 hours. 

1. Transit time* for delivery:

West Malaysia: 1-4 days

East Malaysia: 3-7 days

Singapore: 5-7 days

*The transit time is suggested only, actual transit time is subject to third party courier services. 

2. Pre-Order Items

Once pre-order items have arrived at our warehouse facilities, we will process your orders within 48 hours. The arrival of pre-order items are as stated in the product listing. 

3. International Orders

We currently ship to Singapore, delivery will be via Standard International Courier (5-7 days). We are happy to ship internationally to other countries, do contact us via email at customerservice@flashsale.com.my to get a quote for shipping charges. Shipping charges quoted do not include local duties or taxes applicable in your country. 

4. Shipping via LalaMove (Same Day Delivery) 

Delivery for orders placed using LalaMove (Same Day Delivery) will be scheduled based on:

- Mondays to Fridays - Orders placed before 5PM will be scheduled for delivery within the same day. Orders placed after 5PM will be scheduled for delivery on the following working day. 

- Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays - No deliveries scheduled. Orders placed during these days will be scheduled for delivery on the next working day.
